What is the main difference of Rolled Oats?
Rolled oats are created when oat groats are steamed and rolled into flat flakes. It will need more preparation time than instant oats, and the final dish will have more texture. Our rolled oats are thin and wide, so it can easily melt in mouth and gives a smooth texture.
Preparation for Hot Oatmeal:
Boil 1 cup of water or milk. Add 1/2 cup of oats and simmer for 3 minutes.
Overnight Oats:
Add 1/2 cup of oats to 3/4 cup of your favorite milk. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Add fruits, nuts, seeds and honey or maple syrup for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
