Please note that the return and exchange will only be accepted if the following criteria is met:

- Claims will only be entertained for product defects or delivery of wrong items
- Claims based on customer’s change of mind or customer mistake on order submitted will not be entertained
- Claims must be made within 7 days after you receive your products (based on courier delivery tracker)
- Products that have been consumed for more than 10% of the full packet will not be accepted for return and exchange
- Returned goods must be in intact condition
- All product is non-refundable, we only allow exchange and refund via Big Nuts online cash voucher
- Exchanges for other products are not allowed except the same item

Issues: In your email subject line, write ‘Return & Exchange (ORDER NUMBER) as the subject header so that we can clearly identify you and how we can assist you
Process: Please allow up to 2 working days for our team to get in touch with you. We will review your email before getting in touch to make arrangements for return & exchange once our manager has given approval
- Shipping: We will send you a softcopy of the return shipping label for you to print and attach the return parcel, then we will schedule a time for logistics to come pick come from you.
