Big Nuts is a proud Malaysian brand based in Penang, specializing in high-quality roasted nuts, dried fruits, muesli, and granola. Our mission is to inspire healthy eating by providing top-notch products that you can trust.

Where can I buy Big Nuts products?

You can purchase Big Nuts products directly from our official website. We’re also available on popular online shopping platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

You're also welcome to visit our retail store at 46g, Lorong Selamat, Georgetown, Penang. Additionally, our products are available at authorized reseller locations across Malaysia.

Where are your ingredients from?

All over the world! We source the best quality products from producers and suppliers across the globe.

Where do you roast and pack your products?

All of our products are freshly baked and packed daily at our headquarters in Georgetown, Penang.

Are your products HALAL certified?

Yes! Our company abides by the HALAL guidelines, and procedures outlined by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) as well as to uphold its standard at all times.

Are your products organic?

Only our Brazil Nuts, Chia Seedsn Goji Berries and Sundried Apricots are certified organic.

Everything else that we supply are all natural ingredients despite not being certified as organic.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, our products are made from natural ingredients and are gluten-free unless stated otherwise on the product page. However, they are not certified gluten-free.

Are your dried fruits sweetened?

We only source low sugar or unsweetened options.

Molasses are used in the substitute of sugar.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that meet the following criteria:

1. New and unopened packaging
2. Product issues
3. Less than 10% of the product has been consumed

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Currently, we ship to Singapore.

For shipping to other countries, please contact our Customer Service, as shipping fees may vary by destination.

Please take note that shipping fees can be quite high, but you’re welcome to proceed if you’d like to explore this option.

How long does delivery usually take? 

WM: 2-5 working days
EM: 2-10 working days
Singapore: 5-10 working days

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we do! Please select the pick-up option during checkout and arrange for Grab or Lalamove to collect your order.

Allow at least 24 hours for us to prepare your order.

Are your products safe for child consumption?

We would advise our customers to exercise discretion as nuts in particular may be a choking hazard or cause allergic reactions depending on the individual.

What is the recommended storage time for Big Nuts products?

Nuts, Seeds, Granola: 8 months
Oat Bran: 10 months
Dried Fruits: 12 months
Instant/Rolled Oats: 15 months
