What is the main difference of instant oats?
Instant oats are pressed slightly thinner than rolled oats, hence absorb more water and the preparation time is faster than rolled oats. It provides a mild and soft, mushy texture.
Preparation for Hot Oatmeal:
Boil 1 cup of water or milk. Add 1/2 cup of oats, stir and let stand for a minute.
Overnight Oats:
Add 1/2 cup of oats to 3/4 cup of your favorite milk. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Add fruits, nuts, seeds and honey or maple syrup for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
